Who I am
A strategy advisor and leadership coach with St. Gallen roots and an entrepreneurial track record. I work with executive boards, divisional heads and leaders of mid-sized and internationally active companies.
What I do
I help my clients gain strategic clarity. And I make sure that executive teams and leaders can actually deliver on their plans. They move forward with courage and inspiration. Stronger and more confident.

As a sparring partner on equal footing. Straight talk instead of slide battles. I work in a conceptually clear and systematic way – but pragmatic and effective in implementation. And I stay with it – until strategy, leadership and culture create real impact in everyday business.

Focus
In his consulting projects, Markus Müllner concentrates on four areas:

He designs and facilitates executive retreats, strategy meetings, and implementation projects. He is also actively involved in various leadership programmes run by his clients. In his advisory work, he combines conceptual depth with pragmatic implementation.
Experience
Markus Müllner’s own responsibility in sales and leadership roles, his many years of coaching and consulting, and his involvement in well over 500 leadership seminars form the foundation of what he does today.
He was head of sales and managing director in the medical technology sector and led a St. Gallen management consultancy for nearly ten years. Today, alongside his work as a strategy advisor and leadership coach, he is also a faculty member at renowned executive and business schools.
